[Jenkins-infra] Migrating jenkinsciinfra on DockerHub to an organization

I've been thinking about this for a while, but the jenkinsciinfra user on
Docker Hub is a legit user rather than an organization.

https://hub.docker.com/u/jenkinsciinfra/

Docker Hub has a process for migrating from a single user to an organization,
and I was thinking it would be a good idea to do that this upcoming weekend (my
own time permitting): (https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/INFRA-1515)

I don't anticipate any impact except in trusted.ci, which will need to have
credentials updated for it to publish containers properly.

other than that, any objections or concerns?

Cheers
