Hi JFrogs,

There was a restart 15 minutes ago.

2018-01-17 08:24:53,000 [art-init] [WARN ] (o.a.f.l.ArtifactoryLockFile:65) - Found existing lock file. Artifactory was not shutdown properly. [/data/aolback/homes/jenkinsci/data/.lock]

Additionally, there may have been a restart on Monday around 10:35 CET, but I didn't grab the log from that, so all I have is abnormal API responses for seven minutes.

Is this a sign of returning stability problems?
