Please don't assume that Google makes any of this nonsense sane or easily
managed. There is no restricting based off of accounts with 2FA for Brand
Accounts in Google/YouTube.


Oleg, I think this is reasonable however. Please ask them to ensure 2FA is
enabled, then file an INFRA ticket with their Google account emails
