[Jenkins-infra] Cannot do password reset

OK, now I am getting a problem that even after entering
my login, PW, and captcha, I cannot log into JIRA.

The response always seems to be that I am entering the Captch wrong.
I've done this about 10 times.
I find the Captcha is very hard to read when the letters are overlaid
on top of each other.
