Already mirroring some mostly open source projects, I found your mirror 
information page. I could offer running a HTTP mirror with these specs:

Location: Frankfurt, Germany
Bandwidth: max. 5 Gbit
Upload quota: max. 2 TB/month
Connectivity: IPv4, IPv6 if needed

Let me know if you're interested. What's the full mirror size?
