[Jenkins-infra] Fwd: Request to install Pull Reminders in jenkinsci

I would like to allow this. This tool is a nice little tool to help people
with following up/being reminded about ongoing PRs.

I didn't allow it yet because I wanted to ask for the permission of the
group before proceeding.

I think this is also quite acceptable given this is only requesting a
read-access as far as I can read:
