On the wiki page, it says "Restrictions apply" (tool tip of the lock icon), but then you open the restrictions dialog and there are none.

When you look at the "Page Information", it says:

> Restrictions from parent pages:
>	• Page: ChuckNorris Plugin – Only $permission.userSubject.name can view this page.

Which looks broken? Also -- the "parent page" is the page itself. There are no restrictions on the "Plugins" page.

And on top of all of this -- I cannot edit this wiki page.

I assume something's broken in the database, perhaps due to the (IIRC) outage with data loss ~3 years ago.

Perhaps we can try deleting it and starting over?
