[Jenkins-infra] Resource Disposer Plugin Disappeared from Jenkins

Yeah, I was rebuilding a jenkins docker container and install-plugins.sh threw the error. I'd been retrying for a while and it was still failing so I thought I'd reach out.



It's started working again within moments of me sending the email, even though the file it was looking for still isn't there. Maybe a dependency changed.

Hey, I have cut a regular release. The infra seems to sometimes make the 
plugin unavailable shortly during updating the bits. 
 
I see it is correctly served at 
https://updates.jenkins.io/2.176/latest/resource-disposer.hpi. Where 
have you got your URL from, install-plugins.sh? Can you verify it works now?
