[Jenkins-infra] Remote call on jenkins infra fails

Hello Infra!

A potential GSoC student is getting a failed Jenkins build here:
https://ci.jenkins.io/blue/organizations/jenkins/Plugins%2Fpromoted-builds-plugin/detail/PR-121/1/pipeline

The error is:
Caused: java.io.IOException: Remote call on ubuntu-jenkinsinfra0c37f13
failed

Is this an infra failure? Can you unblock this?
