[Jenkins-infra] INFRA-2321

Hi,

I opened an Jira Issue INFRA-2321<https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/INFRA-2321> and I got no answer so far. I want to deploy a new version of silk-performer-plugin, but I'm not able to do it because the credentials for the "silk" user are not valid anymore. I tried to change the password, but I didn't get any email.
What should I do?
