[Jenkins-infra] Should we use setting app on github?

Is there much value in distinguishing write from admin anyway?
Especially now that GH has the triage role or whatever it is called.

To be clear, are you talking only about @jenkins-infra, or also
@jenkinsci? If only @jenkins-infra then I do not have much of a stake.

This would be wonderful for @jenkinsci at least, especially if
