[Jenkins-infra] Let's Encrypt certificate expiration notice for domain "reports.jenkins.io"

This can be ignored.  The reports.jenkins.io SSL certificate is now
provided by Kubernetes.  Expiration of this Let's Encrypt certificate
should not harm  https://reports.jenkins.io/core-taglib/ .
