Hi Kohsuke,

At this moment, there's nothing you can to do move this forward. The request for us to facilitate a certificate renewal is out of the ordinary for what our teams deal with, so I'm doing some extra digging to see what's possible. I'll update with our progress by the end of my day, 5pm PST, on Friday 10 January.
