[Jenkins-scale] (fwd) Call for papers: SCaLE 12x's DevOps Day LA

Last year I did a rather introductory Jenkins talk, and I felt like I 
connected well with the audience, and I thought it was rather successful.

The audience in SCALE is bit different from the people I usually talk 
to, but I agree that maybe something around Jenkins as a way of 
delegating some operation tasks to people that otherwise you don't want 
to give access to might connect well.

Maybe I can talk about a combination of Jenkins intro, how the Jenkins 
project itself uses Jenkins to automate some periodic batch processing, 
with a little bit more of how CloudBees uses Jenkins to automate some 
operations tasks?
