Most meet-ups are normally in 2 hours, so this is definitely longer. OTOH,
the contents look interesting, and it's Saturday afternoon, so it might
work.
I'm happy to do 2 talks, but I don't think "opening" is normally done for a
meet-up. What if we cut it to something like 10 or 15 minutes, and we turn
it into a joint session between Bruno and I to annonce the launch of the
Brazilian Jenkins community (from Bruno), and why a local community matters
(from me)?
To me, a very important goal of the meet-up is to get the community
connected, so we want to highlight the mailing list, the twitter account,
and so on that we are putting in place. I can talk about how other local
communities (most notably Japan and Denmark) are making a difference.
