>I'm happy to do 2 talks, but I don't think "opening" is normally done for a meet-up. What if we cut it to something like 10 or 15 minutes, and we turn it into a joint session between Bruno and I to annonce the launch of the Brazilian Jenkins community (from Bruno), and why a local community matters (from me)?

+1 that works for me too :o)

>To me, a very important goal of the meet-up is to get the community connected, so we want to highlight the mailing list, the twitter account, and so on that we are putting in place. I can talk about how other local communities (most notably Japan and Denmark) are making a difference.

Agreed, probably it's a good idea include the twitter ID and maybe the http://jenkins-ci.org/content/mailing-lists in the event banner.

Regarding the programme, I would like to change my talk to Basics of Jenkins plug-in development. Although I think talking about different ways of using Jenkins is nice, I haven't seen many plug-in developers round here. Maybe an introductory talk will help to get more users interested in joining the community.

Thanks!
