Probably it's better to leave from 11am till 12pm free, so we can configure the access points, prepare the banner, t-shirts, test the projectors, test the present speakers notebooks, etc.
Perhaps we will have to do a very quick hackathon, or no hackathon at all :( as we'll have to use some part of the time before 8pm to clean/organize the room, as they have classes on Monday there :o)
