[Jenkins-events] Jenkins meet-up Sao Paulo 2012 T-Shirts, promoting materials and drinks/water

Hi all, 

This morning I had some spare time and went to a part of the city where we have lots of T-shirt stamp stores. Here's the result [1].

As the event takes place on the next weekend, I was afraid of not being able to go there during the next week. I used a vector picture of MASP museum [2] and the Jenkins butler. I didn't have time to create the back image with sponsors/supporters, sorry :-( 

We have 20 white t-shirts, 5 small, 10 medium and 5 large. We can give one for each speaker and distribute/raffle the rest to the participants :o)

Regarding the promoting materials, I'll prepare a banner and the programme till Monday and will post them here to get some feedback. It would be good to send this material to the publisher on Monday, or no later than Tuesday.

We have about 30 confirmed participants, and I just sent e-mails to a few more friends from other companies where I worked, and will try to put the programme at some local universties this week. But I believe we'll have no more than 50 people in this meet-up. Tomorrow morning I'm going to get the water, drinks and some snacks. I have in mind to buy about 50 snacks (probably crackers), and 40~50 water cups and 30~40 drinks. Let me know if you think we should get some other drinks/food or maybe other quantities.
