[Jenkins-events] Include CCSL-USP in event opening

Hi folks :o)

Today I talked with Rafael (our contact in USP :) and he asked me if we would have some kind of opening or introduction in the event, and that CCSL-USP could send a person to give a short introduction on the CCSL department (it's the Open Source department of USP). 

My talk will be only 2 minutes, mention the twitter and mailing list, say thanks to our sponsors and introduce Kohsuke. Would it be a problem give USP 4 or 5 minutes in the event opening?
