As I think was mentioned elsewhere, there should be a few of us around 
in Köln.

There's definitely not a shortage of Kölsch, so drinking can be done, 
but we could try and organise a proper meetup.  I don't *think* there's 
any sort of existing CI community in the area, but there's enough dev 
meetups in Köln from which people could probably be enticed.
