What about a USB Jenkins kit :)
 - an USB stick with a Jenkins logo on it
 - the latest Jenkins version in it (the war or natives)
 - Some docs
      - The Jenkins manual
      - A Jenkins "Quick Win"/cheatsheet

Otherwise, some classics
- A shirt
- A (beer) bottle opener 
- A mug
