[Jenkins-events] JUC schedule this year?

I think this is primarily to Alyssa,

At SCALE11x, a number of people asked me what the JUC schedule looks 
like this year. When we talked about this the last time, which was a 
while back, you were thinking about finding an university that allows us 
to hold the event, and that made it difficult to estimate the dates.

I think we should put some page up with whatever that's known so far, 
even if there are a lot of TBDs and "tentative" in it. I think it helps 
us solicit help, as well as help people plan ahead --- for those who are 
traveling, they need to set aside the budget, which requires a long lead 
time.
