[Jenkins-events] QR code on name tags

EventBrite provides us w/ a list of Avery badge styles to choose from. Once
we select the style it generates the printout via another webpage (see
sample below), put name badges in printer and print.  In the printout
option there is opportunity to do save as pdf.
