[Jenkins-events] Action Req'd: JUC 2015 CFP - Submission Form

Sorry I missed the discussion on irc.

Ref timing: Three back to back events (2 in June and 1 July) end up 
putting some stress on participants who have to be at all events or a 
majority events. Perhaps, this impacts CloudBees folks more than others. 
I will like to suggest a spaced out calendar.

Boston (mid-April), London (mid-June), Israel (mid aug) and SF (oct) 
[shuffle as you see fit, months were important vs location]

Ref topics:
     Are these themes? If I think about some high level themes: 
Continuous Delivery seems to be one that organizations are using Jenkins 
for.

     Top level themes:

  *   Continuous Delivery: talks focused about DevOps, CD
  *   Operations: talks focused about operating Jenkins, how tos etc
  *   Mobile: Jenkins for mobile development
  *   Grab-bag (needs a funner topic): docker, php, plugin development


     Topic areas under the themes, suggestions (fairly imperfect):

  *   Continuous Delivery/DevOps
      o best practices, how-tos, testing, tooling, case studies
  * Operations
      o best practices, tooling, case studies
  * Mobile
      o best practices, tooling, case studies

The esteemed group here will have a better list of topic areas.
