[Jenkins-events] JAM in Dallas/Fort Worth

I was talking to Eric during JUC Bay Area about JAM and he said he's going
to see if he can get one going there. And I've heard from him today that he
thinks this is doable.

If we are to prepare for this like we are doing for San Jose, first we post
some message in blog & MLs to see if anyone else in the area is
participating in organizing, then we fix the date & speakers, followed by a
public announcement and RSVPs
