[Jenkins-events] Jenkins CIA program for event in Oulu, Finland

Hi Jyrki,

It's great to hear about meetups in Finland!

On the last Jenkins Governance meeting we agreed to close the "Jenkins CIA"
program, because it duplicates Jenkins Area Meetup
<https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Jenkins+Area+Meetup> (JAM)
program. Under this program Jenkins community supports all meetup
organizers (if the meetup participation is free). Please refer to the JAM
page to get more info.

Regarding Jenkins 2.0, there should be a new presentation by Andrew Bayer
(in Cc) somewhere. The current state summary is available here
