[Jenkins-events] [Proposal] - Supporting CFP flow for Jenkins Online Meetup

Hi Tyler and Alyssa,

I'm thinking about offering a way for proposing talks for the Jenkins
Online Meetup. The idea is to create a guide on jenkins.io and to maybe
provide an application/review system.

What do you think, would it be possible to adjust the existing CFP system (
http://jenkins-cfp.herokuapp.com/events) for such purpose? Or should we
just ask people to use the meetup.com functionality (which is far from
ideal IMHO)?

Ideally it could also help to improve the speaker base for JAMs (e.g.
"Would you be interested to have such talk at the local Jenkins Area
Meetup?" checkbox).
