[Jenkins-events] FOSDEM 2017 Update -

Hello,

We are gearing up for FOSDEM 2017 <https://fosdem.org/2017/>. It has been
an annual tradition for the Jenkins project to be a participant at this
event. In past years we've been given 1 standard 6ft table which I have
found to be quite tight for the amount of Jenkins developers we were so
fortunate to have helping out at the stand.  For 2017 stand proposal,
there's an option for 1 or 2 stands, of course I had to request 2 stands.
Fingers crossed we'll be approved for 2 stands.

I have also secured 400 Jenkins Masters t-shirts, generous donation by
CloudBees, which we will sell at FOSDEM.

And lastly there's a few new Jenkins sticker designs that I can't wait to
share with users.
