[Jenkins-events] Hacktoberfest - Do we want to participate?

Hi,

Hacktoberfest 2016 <https://hacktoberfest.digitalocean.com/> registration
is now open. Would we like to participate?

If yes, my proposal would be to...

   - Add Hacktoberfest label to Jenkins project and several "core" plugins,
   for which we are ready to provide timely reviews
      - Maybe requires some love for the @code-reviewers gtoup
      - OR: select a team of "hacktoberfest-mentors"
      - Revive the "Easy cake" issue tracker (or whatever it is called)
      - Idea - indicate issues, which can be handled by newcomers
      - Add "Hacktoberfest" subproject with links
   - Announce it via Twitter/Mailing lists
