[Jenkins-events] Made Alyssa co-organizer for the "jenkinsmeetup" group

It came to my attention yesterday that Alyssa, your local Jenkins project
Events officer, wasn't actually listed as a co-organizer for the project's
Meetup group: https://www.meetup.com/jenkinsmeetup/


I have since rectified this so she can set up the events around FOSDEM 2017 and
other project events moving forward.
