[Jenkins-events] Jenkins Configuration as Code Office Hours

Hi!

I'm running JCasC office hours almost every second week, but sometimes one
week is skipped and then the whole series is shifted... I'd like to be able
to put the event in https://jenkins.io/event-calendar/ - direct access
would be great, if that's not possible I'm happy to let you know couple of
days before each meeting

We had a meeting today at 9am UTC+1 and I expect to run another in two
weeks. We're using HoA and meeting link is shared before each meeting at
our gitter channel
