[Jenkins-infra] Site issues (2012.10.22), Jenkins sucking CPU again

The new Jenkins snapshot running on J-on-J (Jenkins ver. 1.487-SNAPSHOT
(private-10/11/2012 17:24 GMT-kohsuke)) is sucking a lot of CPU and
dramatically affecting QoS from the machine.

I'm restarting it and hoping things work out nicely :/
