[Jenkins-infra] Post-mortem analysis of website outage yesterday

Just some context around this, yesterday afternoon a user reported on Twitter
that were were serving up a non-parsed PHP file. When I accessed the host, due
to some network conditions (apparently), I downloaded a file that was VERY
suspicious.

I turned off the site immediately so we could investigate, the rest is covered
in KK's post-mortem
