This is an OSUOSL hosted VM.

This machine just became unresponsive --- by unresponsive, I mean it
accepts TCP connection for SSH, and it responds to ping, but it hangs
during the cryptographic handshake. Either incredibly high load is slowing
it way down, or some kind of I/O hang in the file system.

All the TCP services (apache etc) are unresonsive after a connection
establishment.

I'd appreciate if this machine gets rebooted, though I'm also curious if
the console might have reported something.
