[Jenkins-infra] cucumber getting killed with CPU.

Nagios is alerting periodically because cucumber is running at 100% CPU on both
cores.

Looking at the processes, it looks like some Maven plugin nonsense from J-on-J
is competing with slapd, and the mirrorbrain scanning.


The best I can tell is that there are some J-on-J jobs running on the master
that really shouldn't be (merge all repos? holy what the fuck?). I'm guessing
KK set some of those jobs up, and I'd like him to chime in before I kill them.
