[Jenkins-infra] Qualms with a OS upgrade on lettuce?

lettuce.jenkins-ci.org is an Ubuntu 10.04 machine that we did not bother
upgrading to Ubuntu 12.04 (Precise) earlier in the year for two reasons:

 * It was the authorative DNS server for jenkins-ci.org
 * It's running an IPS server for serving solaris packages

I fixed item 1 today, and at last week's governance meeting we decided to
 ddecommission Solaris packages.

If there aren't any objections, I'd like to perform a system upgrade, maybe
even a system reinstallation, Monday Sept 22nd.

Cheers
