[Jenkins-infra] JIRA is dead

ok :(
That's sure that 1Gb for this instance is probably not bad but the server
doesn't like it.
And if we add some system cache ? To allow the system to use it. It will be
slower but it may avoid that it kills a Jira or any other process...
