[Jenkins-infra] Latest release (1.608) is not available

For the last couple of days, people have been reporting on IRC that 
1.608 is not available.


The "Latest and greatest (1.608)" link on the home page currently points 
to 1.607:

Trying to grab 1.608 directly from a mirror shows that it apparently 
hasn't been mirrored:

$ curl -sI http://jenkins.mirror.isppower.de/war/1.608/jenkins.war | 
head -n1
HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found


The native packages don't seem to be mirrored either.
