[Jenkins-infra] [support.osuosl.org #25076] Bigger disk space for 140.211.9.2

Just wanted to check back on this. I was hoping to get this done by this
weekend so I can do another task (JIRA upgrade) that is currently blocked
on this. The following is the current partition table. So the total disk
size is already 10GB and the primary partition is about 8GB big. If we can
get just a few more GBs of space added, then that'd be wonderful.
