[Jenkins-infra] Problems saving in Confluence

Hmm.  Looking at the server monitoring, the wiki server looks fine and 
dynamic pages are working, but I also had the same problem earlier when 
it came to actually saving an edit on pages — it hung forever (well, ten 
minutes+), but trying again did seem to work.

I guess it's a temporary problem...
(that should probably be Atlassian's slogan)
