[Jenkins-infra] Jenkins Releases Repo Unavailable > 504 Gateway Time-out

Hi all,

I just wanted to check if all scheduled outages have finished?

Currently, I can't access
http://repo.jenkins-ci.org/releases/org/jenkins-ci/tools/gradle-jpi-plugin/

I'm getting a "504 Gateway Time-out" error.

(From gradlew log)

Received status code 504 from server: Gateway Time-out

This was working 2 days ago. Let me know if you need more details
(stacktrace/debug log).
