These kinds of issues are best directed to the infrastructure team (CCed)
instead of the board directly (BCCed).

From northern California, and via the Tor network, wiki.jenkins-ci.org is
performing appropriately and not resulting in any monitoring alerts on our end.

Do you still see an issue? If so, it could perhaps be somewhere along the
network route closer to you? :/
