[Jenkins-infra] HTTP-502 on accounts.jenkins.io

I see attempts that did go through... and they all failing since you
already have an account associated with your email already.

Can you try resetting your password here
https://accounts.jenkins.io/passwordReset

It looks like you got hit by a small window of where accounts got created
(but you got an error page the first time), and then did not sync the
account with JIRA...
