[Jenkins-infra] Kubernetes Cluster Upgrade

Hello,

The cluster upgrade is done but we are still waiting for a DNS record to
be fully propagated for plugins.jenkins.io and repo.azure.jenkins.io.

The DNS record for accounts.jenkins.io will be updated on Saturday at
10AM UTC as the application rely on an other DNS record that is still
propagating.

No downtime was reported by the monitoring.
