[Jenkins-infra] [#72947] repo.jenkins-ci.org certificate renewal

Just wondering if there has been any updates to this. AFAICT the site still
serves the old certificate.

There's no hurry since we still have a plenty of time till the expiration,
but I also didn't want this to fall through the cracks. Thanks!
