[Jenkins-infra] Jenkins Artifactory issues

Hi JFrog team,

As always, thanks for hosting the Jenkins project Artifactory!

We're experiencing some problems with repo.jenkins-ci.org:

- We're unable to log in using the UI -- the login form just reappears after submission.
- The Maven index hasn't been updated in about 24 hours: releases/.index/nexus-maven-repository-index.gz

Could you please look into those issues?
