[Jenkins-infra] Comment on K8S Journey to Azure

Hi, 

To reply to your question, we didn't explore this quickstart template in
particulary mainly because we didn't have this problem to solve.
But as Tyler said, we already use 'quick start template' from time to
time in combination with Terraform for the infrastructure provisioning.

Regarding Jenkins+K8s integration:
It depends on yours needs.
  1. Integrate Jenkins+K8s in order to provision jenkins agent on demand
  on your Kubernetes cluster

  2. Using Jenkins to manage Kubernetes resources, that's the blogpost
  subject.
