[Jenkins-infra] Mirror 'mirrors.seville-jam.es' is out of sync

Hello,

despite the status report on http://mirrors.jenkins-ci.org/status.html, the mirror mirrors.seville-jam.es is currently out of sync. This includes at least plugins an releases. The last synchronization happened over two months ago, as one can see in http://mirrors.seville-jam.es/jenkins/war/. The latest war-release is version 2.73 dated 07-Aug-2017.
