[Jenkins-infra] My posts to jenkinsci-dev forum are not showing up

I'm not sure why, but my posts to the jenkinsci-dev forum are not showing
up.  I've posted the same topic 4 times now and I'm not seeing it.

I have a question regarding Shared Library use of publishHTML.
