Mirrors have been there for a long time. I don't see the problem.

IMHO, Jenkins distributables (WAR, RPM, DEB, Docker Images, etc...) should
be considered in a different way. We have two different things:

   - Plugins <http://mirrors.seville-jam.es/jenkins/plugins/> and Metadata
   of Update Centers <http://mirrors.seville-jam.es/jenkins/updates/>
   - Distributables

What I see *very interesting* is to include a SHA256 of those files
(distributables).
